Delete your Ploft account

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, free of charge.

In the app

1. Open Ploft and sign in.
2. Tap Profile, then the gear icon (Settings).
3. Scroll to Account and privacy and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. If you signed in a while ago, the app asks you to sign in again first.

Without the app (already uninstalled?)

Email contato@seeken.com.br from your account's address, with the subject Delete account and your @username. We delete everything within 15 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, username and sign-in (email, Google or Apple).
• Your check-ins, reviews, photos, “helpful” votes and reports.
• Groups you created; you are removed from other groups and from friends lists.

What stays

• Restrooms you added stay on the map, without your name.
• Data Google AdMob received for ads follows Google's policy; you can reset your advertising ID in your phone settings.
